PCGS MS64BN, superb glossy finish.  Freeman 233 (C17). Toned at the mint to discourage hording. This piece came straight out of a bag of fresh minted pieces of this date.  The "tape mark" on the reverse is not, it is an artifact from the mint (I have many 1953 farthings showing a similar, proportionally smaller artifact).
